Job Title: Sales Attendant / Waiter / Waitress

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Summary

  • We are seeking experienced and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Attendants and Waiters/Waitresses.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Take and serve customer orders promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in sales operations and maintain product displays.
  • Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
  • Uphold hospitality and safety standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hospitality, restaurant, or retail service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A hospitality background is required.
