We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Canvasser

Locations: Ikate, Lagos
Employment Type: Commission-Based (Hybrid)

Role Overview

  • The Sales Canvasser will be responsible for promoting and selling Mshel Homes’ properties, identifying potential clients, conducting follow-ups, arranging property inspections, and closing deals.
  • This role requires a proactive, persuasive, and customer-oriented individual who thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and promote the company’s real estate offerings to potential clients.
  • Identify and engage new leads through direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct property inspections and presentations for interested buyers.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions.
  • Attend weekly training sessions and sales meetings.
  • Represent Mshel Homes at marketing events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an OND or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or real estate is an advantage (but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident.
  • Must reside in or around Lekki–Ajah axis (preferred).

What We Offer

  • 7% commission on each successful sale.
  • N50,000 monthly stipend (commission-based, not fixed salary).
