Job Title: Sales Credit Officer (In-Store)

Job Description

  • They seek a diligent and detail-oriented Credit Sales Officer (In-Store) to join our team
  • The Credit Sales Officer will be responsible for managing in-store credit sales, evaluating and monitoring customers’ creditworthiness, ensuring timely repayment, and maintaining accurate credit sales records.
  • The role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal, sales, and record-keeping skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to in-store customers and manage credit sales transactions.
  • Assess and evaluate customers’ creditworthiness in line with company policy.
  • Maintain accurate records of all credit sales and balances.
  • Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and ensure timely repayment.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on credit sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the accounts team to reconcile records.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while enforcing credit policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, credit management, or a related role (pharmacy/retail industry experience is an added advantage).
  • Strong numerical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of integrity.

Salary
N100,000 – N200,000 / Month.
