We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Jabi / Utako, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate firm.
  • This is not an entry-level position.
  • We require a professional who is prepared to meet and exceed demanding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Conversion: You will be expected to independently source, cultivate, and convert leads into sales.
  • Deal Management: You must manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to successful closing with precision and a no-fail mindset.
  • Market Mastery: You will maintain a comprehensive and current understanding of the real estate market, utilizing this knowledge to your advantage.
  • Client Management: Your role is to build professional relationships that translate into repeat business and referrals.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an NCE / HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 5 years work experience.
  • Proven Track Record: Candidates must have a demonstrated history of success in a sales role, with a strong preference for experience in the real estate sector.
  • Non-Negotiable Skills: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills are essential. There is no room for hesitation.
  • Self-Discipline: You must be self-motivated and capable of working without constant supervision to achieve your goals.

Salary
N120,000 monthly
