As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and take our marketing and sales performance to the next level.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to attract potential clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Promote and market available properties through various channels (digital, social media, physical marketing).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that drive leads.
  • Negotiate and close property sales, ensuring all documentation and payments are completed accurately.
  • Maintain and update a strong pipeline of leads, prospects, and ongoing deals.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in Sales and/or Marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and use of social media for business promotion.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
