Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Work Hours: Mondays to Saturdays; 7am – 6pm
Employment Type: Full-time
Summary
- We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to walk-in and phone-in customers, ensuring excellent service delivery and product accuracy
Duties / Responsibilities
- Attend to all walk-in customers and respond to product inquiries with courtesy.
- Handle incoming calls from customers, provide information on product availability, and pricing.
- Ensure that all products sold are accurate and match customers’ requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the sales area.
- Ensure products are properly displayed.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged inventory.
- Report any customer feedback or issues to your manager/supervisor.
Skills / Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail and product accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Remuneration
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
