Job Summary
- As the Sales Representative, you will represent the brand by engaging customers, promoting products, and delivering memorable shopping experiences. You will drive sales, maintain store standards, and embody the creativity and craftsmanship that define the store experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with warmth and professionalism
- Educate customers about product stories, craftsmanship, and brand heritage
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain store aesthetics and ensure compliance with brand merchandising standards
- Handle POS transactions accurately and report customer feedback to management
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years’ sales experience in a fashion brand, boutique, or retail store
- Strong fashion sense with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confident, persuasive, and results-driven with a passion for style and trends.
