Job Description

  • TMAsourcing Solutions is hiring a Sales Representative for a beauty retail store in Akala, Ibadan.
  • We are looking for someone who is customer focused, enthusiastic about beauty products, and confident in engaging with walkin customers.
  • The ideal candidate should also be able to support basic marketing tasks like creating simple video content and promoting the store online when needed.
  • This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales and wants to gain experience in the beauty industry while contributing to a growing brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to customers in the store, assisting them with product choices and answering questions
  • Provide good customer service and follow up on client inquiries when necessary
  • Promote products and offers to walk in clients to increase in store sales
  • Occasionally create simple video content for social media (e.g, showcasing new arrivals or popular items)
  • Support basic marketing and visibility efforts (e.g, sharing posts, sending product info to potential buyers)
  • Ensure the store is neat, fully stocked, and well presented at all times
  • Operate the POS system for billing and issue receipts
  • Handle customer complaints politely and professionally

Work Schedule:

  • Days: 5½ days per week
  • Hours: Monday – Saturday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Sunday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Day Off: Entitled to one day off weekly.

Requirements

  • Entry to Mid-Level: 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Friendly, confident, and able to speak clearly with customers
  • Presentable and well-groomed in line with a beauty brand image
  • Comfortable using social media or phone camera to create basic product content
  • Honest, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to learn and contribute to a positive team environment.

Salary
N70,000 Monthly.
