We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Gudu, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for clients visiting our retail shop.
  • This role combines sales and customer service responsibilities, requiring the ability to present products, process transactions, and provide post-sale suppor
  • The ideal candidate will help clients understand the value of our solar energy solutions while ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome walk-in customers, assess their energy needs, and provide personalized solutions.
  • Present and explain product features, including solar panels and lithium batteries.
  • Educate clients on proper product usage, benefits, and long-term value.
  • Prepare and issue accurate quotations, invoices, and receipts.
  • Process and document sales transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure the store environment is clean and welcoming.
  • Provide basic after-sales support and follow up with clients as needed.
  • Record and track client inquiries, complaints, and feedback to support service improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the storekeeper to monitor stock levels and product availability.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • SSCE / ND in a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasive skills.
  • Basic understanding of solar energy products, or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Proficient in using POS systems or sales software; basic use of digital tools.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
