Job Description
- We are looking for a friendly and results-driven Sales Representative to assist customers, sell mobile phones and accessories, and help grow daily sales in our phone shop.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their phone needs
- Sell smartphones, accessories, and related products
- Explain phone features, prices, and promotions clearly
- Process payments and issue receipts
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and attractive
- Handle customer complaints politely and professionally
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets
- Keep basic sales records
Requirements
- Previous sales experience (phone shop experience is an advantage)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Honest, smart, and well-presented
- Ability to persuade customers and close sales
- Basic knowledge of smartphones (Android & iPhone)
- Ability to work under little supervision.
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 7:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
- Sunday: Off
- Bonus: Commission on every sale.
Salary
N100,000 / Month.
