We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Science Teacher

Location: Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in science for Senior Primary school, aligned with national curriculum standards and external exam requirements.
• Subject Integration: Effectively link theoretical concepts with real-life applications and cross-curricular topics to enhance student understanding.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Design and administer tests, quizzes, assignments, and practical assessments to evaluate student learning and progress.
• External Exam Preparation: Prepare students for success in standardized external examinations by conducting mock exams, targeted revision, and syllabus-focused teaching.
• Student Support: Provide academic guidance, extra tutorials, and mentoring to support students with diverse learning needs and abilities.
• Practical Demonstration: Facilitate laboratory experiments and demonstrations in Science to promote hands-on learning and scientific inquiry.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a well-disciplined, organized, and student-centered classroom environment that fosters academic growth.
• Technology Integration: Use digital tools and educational technology to enhance teaching, learning, and student engagement.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance, attendance, and continuous assessments.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers, school administrators, and parents to support overall student development and academic planning.
• Professional Development: Engage in ongoing training and stay informed about current trends in Science.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 – 7 years work experience.

Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
