Job Title: Security Officer

Job Overview

  • We are seeking a reliable and attentive Security Officer to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our children, staff, and families.
  • The ideal candidate will be disciplined, observant, and committed to upholding the school’s safety standards with professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor school entrances and ensure only authorized individuals access the premises.
  • Support smooth drop off and pick up by guiding parents and maintaining safe movement around the school.
  • Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety across classrooms, outdoor areas, and common spaces.
  • Respond calmly and appropriately to any security concerns or emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs and follow established school safety procedures.
  • Assist staff during events and high traffic periods.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in security or facility safety is an advantage.
  • Strong awareness, alertness, and attention to detail.
  • Professional and respectful approach when interacting with parents, children, and staff.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and follow safety protocols.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe, child friendly environment.
