Summary

  • In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our facility, ensuring that all safety protocols are adhered to while providing leadership and mentorship to the security personnel.
  • This position requires a proactive approach to security challenges, incorporating both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in security management, exhibit strong interpersonal skills, and possess the ability to respond to emergencies calmly and effectively.
  • You will develop and implement security policies, conduct regular training sessions, and perform risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Additionally, you will collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services to uphold best practices in security measures.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily security operations and staff activities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols
  • Conduct regular security assessments and inspections
  • Train and mentor security personnel to enhance their skills
  • Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports of incidents and security activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a security supervisor or similar role
  • Strong understanding of security protocols and emergency response procedures
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and in crisis situations
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Current certification in CPR and First Aid
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
