We are a leading Multinational Company with interest in Telecommunications and desire to engage highly competent and result driven individuals with proven track record in Audit and IT to fill the vacant position below:

Job Title: Senior Accountant

Ref. ID: SAC
Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing Financial Statements for Management decision.
  • Managing the Financial and Management Accounting Processes on a daily basis.
  • Implementing approved Accounting Processes, Systems and Controls for Products and Services.
  • Ensuring all Creditors’ balances are diligently and completely recorded and accounted for on a daily basis.
  • Monitoring and managing Stock, and ensuring Inventories are properly kept.
  • Rendering accurate and timely returns to appropriate Statutory Regulatory Authorities, in compliance with all applicable requirements.
  • Planning, organizing and implementing Accounting Operations towards achievement of established goals and objectives.
  • Conduct risk assessment reviews from time to time, to determine key audit areas.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Engineering, or any other relevant discipline.
  • Must be a Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA).
  • High degree of Integrity, Confidentiality, Confidence and ability to adapt to Company Culture.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle ERP and Accounts Management tools.
  • Good knowledge of telecommunications industry dynamics will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 15 years experience in Accounts/Finance related Job function.
  • Good background in Audit, Stock Management Processes and MIS compulsory.
