Bethel Mind Recruits – Our client, a reputable company, is one of the leading development companies in Nigeria, and they currently working on a number of high profile projects in Abuja.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Architect

Location: Abuja (FCT)

About the Role

• Lead the design and development of architectural concepts, drawings, and specifications for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.​
• Manage projects through all stages, including feasibility, design development, approvals, construction documentation, and site supervision.​
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.​
• Oversee junior architects and technical staff, review their work, and provide mentorship and guidance.​
• Ensure adherence to relevant building codes, standards, and best practices, including quality, cost, and time control.​

Requirements

• B.Sc, B.Arch, M.Sc, M.Tech or equivalent degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.​
• Minimum of 10 years proven post-qualification, practical architectural experience with strong project leadership responsibilities.​
• Registration or eligibility for registration with ARCON/NIA or other recognized professional architectural body is a strong advantage.​
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM and other relevant design and visualization software.​
• Demonstrated experience preparing detailed drawings, specifications, BOQs, and construction documents.​
• Excellent communication, presentation, coordination, and client-facing skills.​
