About The Role
Scope:

  • Valuation of Properties and assets
  • Advisory services.

 Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspection and valuation of properties/assets on behalf of clients
  • Prepares error-free valuation reports, feasibility studies and research reports for clients in compliance with Knight Frank global standards and valuations standards
  • Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities, asset optimization, and risk assessment
  • Pitch and generate new valuation briefs and transactions on behalf of Knight Frank.

Requirements

  • 1st Degree in Estate Management with a minimum of 2nd class grade
  • Minimum of 12-15 years property/asset valuation experience
  • Membership with NIESV (Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers) and registration with ESVARBON (Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria) is compulsory.
  • Chartered membership of RICS is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes required to execute the job:

  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market
  • Well organised and have excellent spoken and written communication skills, as well as customer and client management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws, valuation methodologies, and property market trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong network and experience working with corporate clients.

Systems & IT competence:

  • MS Word; MS Excel; MS PowerPoint; MS Outlook.
