Experience: Minimum 5 years in senior HSE supervisory roles
Education: HND/B.Sc. in Safety Engineering or related field
Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦450,000 per month

Job Description:

• Oversee the implementation of HSE management systems across multiple sites.
• Supervise HSE officers and ensure consistent application of safety protocols.
• Develop and review HSE policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance and identify improvement areas.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to management on HSE matters.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies during inspections and compliance audits.
• Promote a culture of safety through continuous training and awareness programs.

Job Requirements:

• Extensive experience in HSE management in industrial or oil and gas sectors.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
