Job Description:
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading large-scale projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. This includes developing project plans, managing resources, coordinating with stakeholders, and mitigating risks. The role requires overseeing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and reporting progress to senior leadership. The manager will also be responsible for budgeting, contract management, and continuous improvement of project processes.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

Minimum 7 years’ experience managing complex projects in oil and gas or infrastructure sectors.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
