About the Role

• ACEHAB TwinTech — a digital transformation and consultancy firm specializing in 3D laser scanning, as-built documentation, and technical manpower services — is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join our client’s ongoing project in Angola.
• The ideal candidate is an expert in high-precision field surveying, data processing, and coordination with laser scanning teams for industrial or oil & gas projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-accuracy field surveys using Total Stations, GNSS, and other advanced instruments.
• Establish, verify, and maintain survey control networks to support laser scanning operations.
• Process, adjust, and validate survey data to ensure precision and consistency.
• Collaborate with the laser scanning team to align, register, and georeference scan data.
• Mentor junior surveyors, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate exceptional teamwork, communication, and professionalism in all client engagements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in onshore and offshore oil & gas projects.
• Proven expertise in survey data processing, QA/QC, and dimensional control.
• Proficiency with Leica, Trimble, or Topcon instruments and software (e.g., Leica Infinity, Trimble Business Center).
• Strong understanding of coordinate systems, error adjustment, and control network management.
• Excellent mentorship, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• No degree requirement — experience, accuracy, and professional behavior are key.
