We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: SEP Instructor
Location: Lagos
Job Role
- Conduct regulated ground/ classroom training and drills as authorized by the authority.
- Conduct regular classroom evaluations including competency checks.
- Conduct regular evaluation, assessment, and line checks on both SCCMs and CCMs
- Identify trends and training review that may lead to development of course(s)
- Conduct regulated practical training on the aircraft type.
- Conduct Line trainer, SCCM and CCM line training, including coaching.
- Monitor safety and service standards.
- Participate in the production of training and multimedia if required.
- Conduct other cabin service-related training.
- Assist with any other duties in cabin services department as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent HND (Higher National Diploma)
- At least 5 years’ experience as an operating senior cabin crew member.
- Fluent in written and spoken English—additional languages is an advantage
- Excellent health and fitness levels.
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving & decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and with professional attitude.
- Demonstrated ability in attention to detail & quality.
- ·Excellent personality and the ability to work within a multicultural team.
