Job Title: Service Delivery Engineer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a competent professional to manage and deliver engineering and technical service operations with excellence.
  • The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising projects to ensure timely, high-quality, and compliant delivery in line with technical specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.
  • The successful candidate will lead and motivate technical teams, manage client and subcontractor relationships, and monitor project performance metrics to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety requirements.
  • They will also maintain accurate project documentation, drive continuous improvement through performance reviews and root cause analyses, and collaborate with internal departments to align resources, ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, and enhance overall service efficiency, client satisfaction, and business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related field.
  • Master’s Degree is an advantage.
  • Must be COREN registered.
  • 5-7 years of experience out of which 3 years would have been in the Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and client-interfacing skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure environments.
  • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with QHSE compliance standards and safe work practices.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing documentation and service reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage resources, timelines, and quality control in field operations
