Our products are trusted in homes, neighborhoods, and food businesses nationwide. As we strengthen our presence in key markets, we are seeking a Shawarma Customer Service Officer (SCSO) to engage customers, resolve complaints, and protect our Shawarma Market Share across neighborhoods.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Shawarma Customer Service Officer (SCSO)

Location: Jakande – Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

The Role
As a Shawarma Customer Service Officer (SCSO), you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for Shawarma vendors customers.
  • Make daily phone calls to new and existing Shawarma customers.
  • Take first-time orders, and welcome new customers.
  • Respond to complaints promptly and ensure complete resolution.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with Shawarma vendors.
  • Support the protection and growth of Shawarma Market Share (SMS) in assigned neighborhoods and Verify customer details
  • Accurately document verification, complaints, and resolutions using company tools.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and solve problems effectively.
  • Excellent follow-up discipline and documentation habits.
  • Experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role is an added advantage.

Tools You’ll Use:

  • Phone & WhatsApp Business.
  • Ticket Log Sheet (for complaints & resolutions).
  • SDS Sheet (for tracking performance).
