We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Shisha Attendant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Shisha Preparation & Service:

  • Prepare and serve shisha to guests according to lounge standards and customer preferences.
  • Mix and pack shisha flavors accurately, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
  • Regularly check and replace charcoal to maintain optimal smoke quality.
  • Assist guests in selecting shisha flavors and combinations based on their preferences.

Equipment Maintenance & Hygiene:

  • Clean and sanitize shisha pipes, hoses, and mouthpieces after every use.
  • Maintain proper inventory of shisha flavors, charcoal, and accessories.
  • Ensure the shisha area is neat, organized, and compliant with hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Report any faulty equipment or shortages to the supervisor immediately.

Customer Service:

  • Greet and attend to guests courteously and professionally.
  • Monitor customers’ satisfaction and respond promptly to their needs or concerns.
  • Educate guests on available flavors and new offerings.
  • Uphold the lounge’s image through positive attitude, grooming, and service quality.

Safety & Compliance:

  • Follow all fire safety and ventilation protocols related to shisha use.
  • Ensure guests are aware of shisha safety guidelines.
  • Handle charcoal and burners with care to prevent accidents or injuries.

Teamwork & Support:

  • Coordinate with bar and floor staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Assist in setting up the lounge area before opening and clearing it after closing.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 – 3 years work experience.

Salary
N70,000 monthly.
