Job Title: Site Accountant
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary
- The Site Accountant will be responsible for managing all site-related financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting efficient financial operations at the project site.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain proper financial records of site activities, including expenses, petty cash, and project-related payments.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly financial reports to the Head Office.
- Monitor budgets and ensure project costs remain within approved limits.
- Reconcile site accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
- Liaise with procurement, project managers, and vendors to ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Support auditing processes and provide necessary documentation when required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 – 5years’ experience as an Accountant (construction or real estate industry experience is an added advantage).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Remuneration: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
