We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media & Content Creation Intern

Location: Lekki Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: NYSC

Summary

  • We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Content Creation Intern. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • We’re looking for someone who loves to tell stories and can bring properties to life online. As our intern, you will be a key part of our social media team, working on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
  • Your main goal will be to create engaging content—from stunning photos and videos to compelling property descriptions and testimonials—that showcases our unique offerings and connects with young professionals in Lagos.
  • You’ll help manage our social channels, contribute to social media campaigns, interact with our online community, and create visually appealing listings for our website. If you have a passion for creating great content, growing an online following, and driving interest through digital media, DG Properties is the perfect place for you to learn and grow!

Your Responsibilities 

  • Content Creation: Assist in developing and producing high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, for social media.
  • Content Calendar: Help plan and schedule content to ensure a consistent online presence.
  • Community Management: Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and contribute ideas for new content.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and real estate teams to support their goals.

Qualifications

  • A strong interest in social media platforms and digital content.
  • Basic understanding of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut, video editing apps).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for real estate is a plus!

Salary
N100,000 – N300,000 / month.
