Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Sabo,Yaba – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s online presence across all social media platforms.
  • The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Manage content creation (graphics, captions, videos, reels, stories, etc.) and publishing schedules.
  • Monitor, track, and report performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to inquiries, and build brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 1 – 2 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) and knowledge of video editing is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to analyze insights and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
