Nosagie Holdings is an indigenous registered company, having its headquarters office located in Benin City, Edo State. It provides EPIC and Project Management Services for the Offshore / Onshore Oil & Gas, Refining and Petrochemicals Industries.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Spa / Fashion House Supervisor

Location: Ugbowor, Benin – Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Spa/Fashion House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations across the spa and fashion house, ensuring smooth service delivery, excellent customer experience, and adherence to company standards.
  • This role combines supervisory duties in wellness, beauty, clothing production, and fashion services, with a focus on staff management, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Spa Operations:

  • Supervise all spa activities including beauty, wellness, and therapy services.
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service are maintained.
  • Monitor inventory of spa products and ensure timely restocking.
  • Train and support staff to deliver professional spa services.

Fashion House Operations:

  • Oversee clothing production, alterations, and garment finishing.
  • Supervise designers, tailors, and fashion house staff to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Maintain quality control standards for all fashion items and amendments.
  • Ensure client specifications are met while promoting innovative designs.

General Supervision:

  • Coordinate scheduling and work allocation for all staff under supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and customer service standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism.
  • Prepare reports on staff performance, inventory usage, and overall operational activities.
  • Work closely with management to implement business strategies and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Fashion, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven supervisory experience in spa, fashion, or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of spa services, garment production, and amendments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional teams.

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
