BridgeGap Consults Limited – Our client, a private Residence, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Steward

Location: Eko Atlantic, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Household Manager / Homeowner
Industry: Hospitality

Job Summary

  • We are seeking experienced and well-organised Stewards to support the smooth daily operations of a private residence in Eko Atlantic, Lagos.
  • The ideal candidates will be trustworthy, discreet, and capable of handling multiple household responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily housekeeping, laundry, and general maintenance of the home.
  • Run errands, including grocery shopping, bill payments, and deliveries.
  • Assist in meal preparation and service, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Manage and restock household inventory and supplies as needed.
  • Supervise external service providers (gardeners, cleaners, and repair technicians) when required.
  • Ensure all household items, facilities, and appliances are properly maintained.
  • Provide professional hospitality support to guests and family members.
  • Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of an OND qualification.
  • Have 2 – 3 years of experience as a steward, house manager, or domestic staff in a similar role.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organisational, and multitasking skills.
  • Exhibit good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Be trustworthy, punctual, and well-groomed.
  • The ability to drive is an added advantage.

Salary
N100,000 – N200,000 / Month.
