Job Description

QFA is a multi-brand dining and delivery company, operating a portfolio of delicious food brands, including international icons and our own home-grown favourites.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and service quality.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Oversee food safety, hygiene, and health & safety compliance.
• Assist in managing inventory, stock control, and ordering supplies.
• Ensure tables are set up correctly and the restaurant environment remains clean and welcoming.
• Support the Restaurant Manager with scheduling, payroll input, and performance appraisals.
• Monitor sales, control costs, and contribute ideas for increasing revenue.
• Maintain effective communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess minimum of an OND qualification in any discipline with 9 Months – 1 year relevant work experience as retail team Lead / Instructor / Tainner (in Fast Food, Hotel or Fashion Store)
• 19 – 28years of age
• Must be well-spoken, have zeal and have a good smile for retail attendants
• Must be fit, agile and fast.

Salary 
N80,000 – N100,000 per month.
