We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Supervisor, Catering Services
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate catering staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Oversee menu planning, food quality, and presentation to meet organizational standards.
- Monitor compliance with hygiene, safety, and health regulations.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and cost control for catering operations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on catering activities, costs, and service quality.
Requirements
- Diploma in Catering, Hospitality Management, Food & Nutrition, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in catering services supervision (industrial catering, hotels, or corporate organizations preferred).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards.
