Ascentech Services Limited – Our client, a leading foam and mattress producer in Ikeja, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Tax Accountant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Industry: Foam & Mattresses Manufacturing

Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Tax Accountant to handle all tax-related functions.
  • The role involves preparing and filing tax returns (VAT, PAYE, WHT, CIT), ensuring compliance with FIRS and LIRS, managing tax audits, maintaining accurate tax records, and advising management on tax planning and compliance.

Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–7 years’ experience in tax accounting (preferably in manufacturing/FMCG).
  • Sound knowledge of Nigerian tax laws.
  • ICAN, ACCA, or CITN qualification is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
