Job Title: Team Lead, SIM Registration & Provisioning

REF: TSLR
Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilties

  • Lead and coordinate SIM registration and provisioning teams across assigned platforms
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with NCC KYC requirements.
  • Monitor control effectiveness customer data capture and validation processes.
  • Ensure strict adherence to NCC directives on biometric and KYC compliance.
  • Conduct quality checks on registrations and escalate discrepancies.
  • Manage SIM activation, swap, and provisioning workflows. Generate daily/weekly reports on registration and provisioning activities.
  • Track KPIs such as registration accuracy, provisioning turnaround time, and compliance rates.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, audits, and corrective actions
  • Provide training guidance, and performance reporting for registration agents.

General Qualifications, Attributes and Skills Required

  • B.Sc. / B.Eng. Computer Science / Engineering, or Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications. Statistics, Management Information Systems or any physical sciences with a minimum of 2nd Class Upper.
  • 5-8 years in telecom operations, with at least 2-3 years in SIM registration/provisioning or compliance roles.
  • Strong Understanding of Telecom provisioning systems and Business Support Systems (BSS).
  • NCC SIM registration guidelines and KYC compliance standards.
  • Demonstrable expertise in Data management and reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Lifecycle Management process
  • Strategic thinker with well-developed problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
