Job Title: Technical Support Agent

Location: Yenagoa, Bayelsa
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot problems
  • Identifying hardware and software solutions
  • Answer customer inquiries
  • Take ownership of customer issues
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software

Requirements

  • Age: 27 years and below.
  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 1 – 5 years of work experience.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
