Job Description
- We are looking for a passionate and skilled Training School Instructor to join our team.
- The role involves teaching new hires, interns, and technicians the essentials of mobile phone and device repairs, covering diagnosis, troubleshooting, hardware handling, and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging technical training sessions (practical and theoretical) on mobile device repair and software issues.
- Design, update, and improve training materials and programs to meet organizational needs.
- Assess trainees’ progress and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Manage day-to-day training school operations, including scheduling and student coordination.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in training or technical instruction.
- Strong teaching, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to design and refine training programs.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
