Requirements
- 8 – 10 years post-qualification experience at the Nigerian Bar.
- Substantial experience in corporate/commercial transactional practice.
- Proven ability to manage complex and high- value transactions independently.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and client relationship management abilities.
