Job Title: Travel Consultant

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description
As a Travel Consultant, you will:

  • Handle client inquiries on visas, study abroad, flight bookings, and tour packages.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance on travel/visa requirements.
  • Manage reservations and ticketing for local and international flights.
  • Follow up with clients and ensure smooth processing of their applications.
  • Meet set monthly client conversion targets.
  • Maintain high-quality customer service and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years experience working in a travel agency or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of visa applications, ticketing, and reservations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and online booking platforms.
  • A positive attitude, integrity, and a results-driven mindset.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 / month
