Job Responsibilities
- As a Valuation Associate, you will play a key role in delivering accurate valuations, feasibility studies, and highest & best use analyses that shape real estate decisions for our clients.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in valuation
- Registered with ESVARBON
- Strong financial modeling & valuation skills
- Market-savvy with an eye for trends
- RICS or FIABCI membership is a big plus!
