Brands and Trade Retail Consultants Limited – Our sales organization, representing top global brands in alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, seeks talented and results-driven professionals to join our sales team in various locations across Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Van Sales Representative (Sales Driver)

Locations: Shomolu, Onipanu, Oworo, Obanikoro, Apapa, Festac, Badagry, Ijesha, Anthony and Gbagada – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • Are you ambitious, persuasive, and ready to grow in the fast-moving world of sales?
  • We represent some of the biggest names in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and we’re looking for driven sales professionals to join our winning team across Lagos State.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive sales and distribution of top-quality beverage products.
  • Build and grow strong customer relationships.
  • Use digital tools to connect, negotiate, and deliver results.
  • Represent our brands with professionalism, energy, and integrity.

Qualifications

  • National Diploma
  • Higher National Diploma
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–2 years in FMCG sales.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with WhatsApp, Zoom, and other digital apps.
  • Great Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Influencer & Negotiator: Proven ability to close deals and influence customers.
  • Disciplined & Trustworthy: Strong financial management and integrity.
  • Residency: Must currently reside in Lagos State.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: N134,000 – N214,000 / month.
