Job Description

• As the Waiter / Waitress you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they enjoy a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and delivering them promptly.
• Setting up tables for customers.
• Attending to customer needs and requests professionally.
• Processing customer bills and handling payments.
• Ensuring dining area is always clean and organized.

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum SSCE/OND qualification.
• 2 – 3 years of experience in customer service or restaurant operations.
• Effective communication and written skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
• Must be neat, polite, and customer-oriented.

• Applicants must live around Stadium Road, Port Harcourt, or its immediate environs to be considered.
