Job Description

Prenox hotel and Suites is a 30 room boutique luxury hotel located in the highbrow Government Reserved Area (GRA). Its serene enviroment shields it from the hustle and bustle of the Benin metropolis. Five minutes drive from the Benin Airport, ten minutes from the city center and historic palace of the Oba of Benin. Prenox hotel and Suites offers secured, superb and quality accommodation for both business and leisure visitors to Benin.

The Prenox Hotel and Suites offers Classic, Premium, Deluxe Premium and Executive Suites. The hotel houses a bar, restaurant, conference room and a tastefully designed out door bar/swimming pool area. Prenox is home to World famous bbq fish at the pool side weekend from 2pm and weekdays 5pm.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Waitress / Waiter

Location: GRA, Benin City – Edo

Responsibilities

  • Guest Interaction: Greet and seat guests, present menus, answer menu questions, and offer recommendations.
  • Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders, communicate them to the kitchen (often via POS system), and deliver orders to tables.
  • Service & Satisfaction: Serve food and beverages, check in with customers for satisfaction, refill drinks, and handle complaints professionally.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear dirty dishes, clean tables, and reset them for new guests.
  • Payment Processing: Prepare and present bills, process payments, and handle cash/card transactions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Salary
N60,000 – N90,000 per month.
