We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Water Treatment Plant Operator

Job ID: IITA/P&C/NRS2025-030
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Contract (On-site)
Duration: 3-year renewable contract

Duties

  • Carry out operation and maintenance of water treatment plant, swimming pool plant, sewage treatment plant and dam pumping stations.
  • Administer appropriate chemical dosing for the effective treatment of water and wastewater.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of water treatment plants, swimming pool systems, sewage facilities, pumping stations, and surrounding areas.
  • Monitor and record operational parameters hourly in the daily operation production sheet.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:

  • Trade Test Certificate with a minimum of (6) years’ experience or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any other related course with a minimum of (2) years’ experience performing similar role in a well-structured environment.
