We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Website & E-Commerce Manager

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Website & Platform Management:

  • Manage daily updates across all Majeurs and MANDE websites (corporate, academy, and e-commerce).
  • Maintain site health: uptime, security, responsiveness, and speed optimization.
  • Oversee hosting, domains, plugins, and CMS upgrades (WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow).
  • Conduct monthly audits for performance, broken links, and SEO compliance.
  • Liaise with outsourced developers or agencies for technical enhancements.

E-Commerce Operations:

  • Manage product listings, pricing, photography, descriptions, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Operations to ensure real-time stock accuracy.
  • Own the checkout and order flow — ensuring a smooth, friction-free customer journey.
  • Set up and track discount codes, bundles, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Report on online revenue, cart recovery, and repeat purchase rates.

User Experience (UX) & Conversion Optimization:

  • Continuously improve navigation, layout, and overall site usability.
  • Use analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing to increase conversions.
  • Partner with the Creative team to align design updates with brand tone.● Ensure the website tells the same story as our showrooms — stylish, functional, and authentic.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Maintain and interpret key digital KPIs via Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM dashboards.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports:
  • Site traffic (+10% MoM growth target)
  • Conversion rate (≥2.5%)
  • Bounce rate (≤45%)
  • Page load speed (≤3 sec)
  • Online revenue growth
  • Translate insights into actions and recommendations for leadership.

Digital Integration & Automation:

  • Ensure proper integration between website, CRM, ERP, and email marketing tools.
  • Manage pixels, event tracking, and remarketing tags for campaigns.
  • Work with the IT & Compliance teams to ensure NDPR/GDPR alignment and secure data handling.

6. Collaboration & Team Enablement:

  • Partner with the Brand & Creative Strategy Lead on all digital campaign launches.
  • Support the Marketing team in creating and publishing digital landing pages.
  • Coordinate with the Execution & Compliance Lead to ensure playbook and KPI adherence.
  • Provide internal training on CMS and e-commerce tools for non-technical users.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 – 5 years of experience.
