Trustlub Fluid Resources Limited is an indigenous company that engages in the production and distribution of Trustlub brand of lubricants, supply of fuels, associated lubrication engineering, importation of base oil, additives, grease and provision of customer support services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Zonal Retail Sales Manager, South South / South East

Locations: Abia, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Imo and Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Role and Responsibilities

  • To market and sell the company’s image and product to current, new and potential customers with a view to achieving set targets.
  • To lead and manage the sales team in assigned territory.
  • To ensure proper usage of Sales Force Automation tools by the sales team.
  • To interface between the company and customers for efficient service delivery.
  • To achieve a monthly sales target and equivalent collection in litres.
  • To reach out to a minimum of ten (10) key customers weekly.
  • To coordinate and engage in marketing activities e.g. Market storms, mechanic meets etc in assigned territory.
  • To effectively cover and manage assigned territory.
  • To win a minimum of three (3) new major customers and six (6) distributors quarterly.
  • To submit accurate weekly sales performance reports not later than 12 noon every Saturday.
  • To prepare monthly sales performance reports that is to be submitted not later than the 2nd working day of the succeeding month.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. / HND in any field.
  • MBA is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 10years of cognate experience in marketing and sales of lubricants or FMCG products.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to drive and in possession of a valid Nigerian driver’s license.
  • Target Oriented.
  • Knowledge of lubricant markets in South South / South East.
